Mobile application supporting the work of a messenger
(control of the delivery process of official letters)
The combination of a mobile application, server and integration with a full-scale EOD system allowed for the creation of a product that facilitates the work of messengers delivering official letters. In the case of periodic mass mailings (e.g. tax decisions), this can mean significant savings compared to the costs of postal handling.
The system is particularly appreciated for:
- fully automated digital flow of information about shipments, conveniently integrated with the EOD system - possibility of zoning, assigning regions to individual messengers, etc.
- facilitating the messenger's work (loading barcodes of shipments, predefined delivery results, ability to work offline - without access to the network)
- low hardware requirements for client devices - the application can be installed on any tablet / smartphone
- possibility of installation on a tablet in exclusive mode - creating a dedicated device especially for the messenger
