mInstytucja - creation of a mobile version of the PKO portal
Our client's project co-financed by European Funds "mInstitution Mobile Application for taxpayers and citizens", nr POPC.02.04.00-00-0107/20
The aim of the project was to create and implement an application that is a mobile version of the Citizens' Communication Portal
- The application we made allows you to:
- gives access to public e-services - the ability to communicate with the Commune Office and deal with some official matters via telephone, supported e-Services:
- General letter to a public entity
- Information about land
- Information about real estate and construction facilities
- Information about forests
- Agricultural tax declaration
- Real estate tax declaration

- viewing tax receivables (local taxes)
- pay local taxes directly from your phone
- participation in social consultations conducted by municipal authorities (optional
defined as surveys, opinions, forum)
- allows communication with many municipalities
- verifies users' identity via the National Identity Node (WKT)
- gives you the opportunity to notify users about important events and upcoming tax payment deadlines
- meets WCAG 2.1 requirements
- available in versions for Android and iOS
- as part of the work, the Electronic Communication Portal was expanded

The project was carried out, implemented and completed by us in accordance with the agreed deadlines and budget.
