EKS - Social Benefits Registration and Control System
The EKS system is a web portal and a set of integrated terminals that allow authorized
office/company employees to:
- Easy identification and control of beneficiaries (using NFC / QR proximity cards)
- Registration and provision of services using electronic vouchers via EKS Mobile terminals
- Recording and assistance in settling accounts for service providers
- Automatic generation of SMS/email notifications and alerts
Mobile EKS terminals enable the use of the EKS System at service providers' points of sale
and convenient provision of services using proximity cards or QR codes.
System abilities:
- Connectivity to the online system in any available way (WiFi / GSM / VPN)
- Defining beneficiaries in the hierarchy (guardian/ward)
- Defining ready-made sets of benefits (e.g. occasional packages, daily lunch sets)
- Benefit start-up and validity dates
- Automatic verification and usage/expiration warnings
- Extensive reporting
